Orange Wine Punch recipe that combines fresh citrus flavours with a touch of wine

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of dry white wine (750 ml), chilled
  • 2 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed, if possible)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice (optional, for a tropical twist)
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur (optional for added depth)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda, chilled (for a bit of fizz)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the white wine, orange juice, pineapple juice (if using), and Grand Marnier (if using). Stir well to mix.

Sweeten: Add honey or sugar to taste, stirring until it’s fully dissolved.

Add the Fizz: Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or club soda for a light bubbly effect. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish: Add the orange and lemon slices to the punch. You can also add ice cubes and fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.

Serve: Ladle the punch into glasses, making sure each serving has some citrus slices for a festive look.

This punch is light, refreshing, and perfect for gatherings. Enjoy your citrusy wine punch!

Enjoy this deliciously comforting meal!
